Refunds
Last updated 29 September 2026
When [company legal name] gives your money back for AdPilot, and how to ask. Short on purpose: a refund policy you need a lawyer to read is one nobody can use.
Who pays it back
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle takes the payment and makes the refund, to the card or account you paid with and in the currency you were charged. Ask us at [contact email], or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Either way it reaches a person.
The free trial
The fourteen day trial asks for no card, so there is nothing to refund. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Your first payment
If AdPilot is not what you needed, ask within 14 days of the first payment for a plan and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike.
Renewals
Cancelling from billing stops the next renewal, and the period you already paid for keeps running to its end. A renewal that has been charged is not refunded as a rule. If one went through that you did not mean to keep, write to us within 14 days of the charge; if the plan has not been used since, we refund it.
Yearly plans
After the first 14 days, a yearly plan is not refunded for the months left in it. Cancelling stops the next yearly renewal and keeps the plan until the end of the year you paid for.
When it is our fault
If AdPilot could not be used for a significant part of a period because of a fault on our side, or you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, write to us and we refund what was affected, whenever you notice it.
What is never ours to refund
Money spent on ads. Google bills you for your campaigns directly, and a budget you approved is spent with Google, not with us. A refund here covers the AdPilot subscription only.
Your rights under the law
AdPilot is made for businesses. If you buy as a consumer, the law where you live may give you a right to withdraw or other rights on top of this policy, and nothing here takes them away.
How long it takes
Once a refund is approved, Paddle sends it back to the payment method you used. How soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top moves, and a payment is always handled under the policy that was in place when it was made.
