Terms
Last updated 29 September 2026
The agreement between you and [company legal name] for using AdPilot. Plain language on purpose: an agreement nobody can read is not one anybody agreed to.
The agreement
Using AdPilot means accepting these terms. They are between you and [company legal name], [registered address]. Questions go to [contact email].
What the service is
A copilot for Google Ads: it researches a business, drafts campaigns, checks them against Google's published rules, and deploys what you approve into an ad account you control.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us at [contact email] if you think somebody else has them. You are responsible for what the people you invite to a project do with it, including what they approve.
The ad account is yours
You connect an account you own or are authorised to run, and Google's own terms keep applying to it. We act on it only when you approve an action, and every campaign we create starts paused.
Who pays for the ads
Google does, and Google bills you directly. Your subscription here buys the product, never the media. A budget you approve is money you spend with Google, not with us.
What we do not promise
No result, no ranking, no cost per conversion. The copilot writes drafts and can be wrong about your business, your market or a policy, which is exactly why nothing reaches your account without you reading it first. Google can also refuse or disapprove anything at its own discretion.
Fair use
Do not advertise anything illegal or deceptive, do not use AdPilot for an account you have no right to touch, and do not resell it or hammer the API. Any of those ends the agreement.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you chose. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running to its end. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country adds. When a payment is refunded is set out in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Who takes the payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your receipt and invoice come from Paddle, and anything about the product itself still comes to us at [contact email].
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and we will say why. Campaigns already live in your Google Ads account are unaffected either way.
Liability
AdPilot is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost revenue or lost profit. Nothing here removes a right your local law gives you and does not let us remove.
Changes and law
If these terms change, the date at the top moves and we write to you before the change applies. The agreement is governed by the law of [country].
